Cake of the Month: Nanaimo Bar

Chocolate sponge layered withchocolate ganache, in-house Nanaimo buttercream, and in-house crumble. Crumble includes chocolate ganache, coconut, toasted almonds, and graham cracker crumbs. Topped with crumble, in-house Nanaimo bars, fudge dollops, and chocolate drip. Sides covered with coconut, toasted almonds, and graham cracker crumbs.
