Cake of the Month: Peach Curmble Cake

Vanilla sponge soaked in peach syrup, filled with layers of peach filling, cinnamon whip and streusel bits. Covered with vanilla whip on the outside with a peach ombré effect and streusel bits. Topped with a peach lemon cookie.
