Cake of the Month: Nutella Strawberry

Chocolate sponge with layers of Nutella, Nutella whip, and fresh cut strawberries. Topped with chocolate ganache, Nutella whip rosettes, whole strawberries, and hazelnuts. Finished with a drizzle of chocolate ganache. Wrapped in acetate.
